JCO, Inc. was established in January, 1991 by Jeffrey J. Rysinger, founder and Chief Executive Officer. After many years of working in the water/wastewater field as a laborer, operator, engineer, and consultant, Jeffery Rysinger developed JCO, Inc. to reflect his own values and skills as an expert in the field. Since its establishment, JCO, Inc. has obtained work on many projects in the water/wastewater industry, and has utilized the full spectrum of its knowledge and expertise with much success.
